I’m a licensed clinical social worker who has worked in schools and clinical practice. My approach focuses on mindfulness, self-compassion, and cognitive behavior therapy. As my clients, you are given the necessary tools and coping skills to process your emotions in a safe space.
My focus is to improve the client's emotional well-being by looking deeper than the surface issues and improving their view. When life events happen we are programmed to "keep pushing" and fail to unpack, process, and evaluate the effects events impact our lives. We will focus on the iceberg approach using CBT and mindfulness therapy to resolve the issue that is causing you stress and setbacks.
